Home Design

As the cornerstone of our business, we specialize in providing appealing designs that fit the needs of every Client.  Our goal is to bring your vision to life while providing the necessary input to maintain affordability.  From the beginning of the design process, we listen carefully to your design requirements, survey the building site in order to adapt your home to the surroundings, and we work with you to refine the design to your individual tastes. 

 

With your approval of the design, we will complete the structural plan set.  All plans are fully engineered and will bear the seal of a registered professional engineer and a set of structural calculations will be provided.  A typical plan set includes, but not limited to, elevations, fully dimensioned floor plans, foundation plan, floor framing plan, roof framing plan, cross section, & general notes.  All details are carefully laid out for you or your builder so that construction information is clearly represented. 

 

Permit administration is included with every design.  Navigating the MOA permit process can be a challenge.  On your behalf, we prepare all the documentation for permitting, field all the plan comments from structural, zoning, and flood review so that when we are finished, we turn over an approved plan set and your building permit. 

 

Multi-Discipline Drafting

Whether you are a large or small architectural/engineering firm, we offer drafting outsourcing services to assist you with projects.  Under your direction, we can provide electrical, mechanical, piping plans, & various shop drawings to suite your needs.  Plan work is completed in a timely professional manner and are highly accurate.  Take advantage of the benefit by avoiding staffing issues when full time work is not available. 

 

Rendering Services

An excellent way to visualize your project is though 3D rendering.  We offer high resolution imagery of any structure.  Virtually any building material, color, and form can be represented in 3D.  You will be able to choose multiple perspectives in various lighting environments.  The final output format is a jpeg or bitmap which can be used to produce marketing information, convey your design ideas, or confirm that your 2D design ideas will actually work in the 3D realm.

 

As-Built Design Survey

This is a great service for tenet/lease agreements, building maintenance, and fire exit plans.  We will hand measure your building including all floors and provide you with a floor plan.  Plans include interior wall layouts, door & window locations, room labels, and square footage break-downs per room and per floor.
